Original Item: Only One Available. This is the very best weve ever see. This is an Original German Paratrooper (Fallschirmjäger) parachute, unissued, still packed in the original transit can which is fully marked on the lid in black stencil paint:

In addition to all the original German WW2 markings on the lid we find on the side of the chest in black handwritten paint:

The sand colored (Gelbbraun) Can, with a few dents and dings from shipping and handling over the years measures:- 17″ x 12″ x 19″ and has four locking brackets (complete & functional) one at each corner.
Contained inside in the canvas carry bag, complete with handles and lift-the-dot closures. It is stamped with black ink- FL30220.
Contained inside the canvas bag is a totally complete never deployed silk parachute with full harness that appears to be complete with all ropes, cords, lead lines, and the chute is of olive drab color and seems to have never been unpacked. The canvas bag carrier is marked:

Additionally, the original pink tie line seal is still in place indicating that this parachute has never been unpacked.
Well, there you have it, an Original German Paratrooper’s Parachute, marked and unissued, in it’s original marked and coded Transit chest. Additionally bearing the name of the G.I who mailed this back during WW2, probably to his mother.
This is a Collectors dream, the entire package is complete and as described, but we don’t think you should jump out of a plane!
