Original Item: Only One Available. This is an original WWII era black leather Deutsches Rotes Kreuz medic pouch. It is set up with belt loops and a rear ring for attachment to standard combat suspenders. This example is nicely stamped on the reverse with the location it was issued from:

Babelsberg 7
This roughly translates to German Red Cross Medical Camp Babelsberg 7. Babelsberg is the largest district of Potsdam, the capital city of the German state of Brandenburg, in Eastern Germany.
The case shows some minor scuffing from wear and use, but is very good condition overall. Almost all of the original black finish is present. Also included are the original medical supplies including: Bandages, Guaze, and all in original wartime labeled packaging. Most say Faden abstreifen! (strip off thread), reminding the user to remove the securing thread to open the packaging. Two of the items are dated 1944, with another dated 1935.
