Original Item: Only One Available. A truly very fine example of this scarce Argentine Contract Mauser M-1891 Bayonet constructed with Brass grip panels. Complete with the almost 16″ blade the best feature is that the “Argentine Crest” on the ricasso is still in place and not ground off as was required by the Argentine military upon release from military stores.
The other side of the ricasso bears the German Bayonet Maker’s name:
WEYERSBERG, KIRSCHBAUM & CO, SOLINGEN.
The bayonet comes complete with the all steel scabbard and leather belt frog. Offered in fine collector’s condition.
