Original Items: Only One Set Available. This is a nice grey leather deck foul weather jacket in a variant pattern as worn by lower ranked Kriegsmarine officers. The jacket, of heavy grey leather with a double row five-button front furnished anchors and gold wash. The buttons are Kriegsmarine marked and dated 1942 on the reverse side. Three buttons are absent. Features a standing collar, and shoulder boards for a Junior Officer with straight gilt braid interwoven with dark blue chevrons (sub-lieutenant) and a dark blue underlay.
It has the typical lower flapped hip pockets and one upper breast pockets with flaps. The interior is fully lined with heavy black wool and has one inside pocket with worn size label.
