Original item: Only One Available. Model 1916 French trench binoculars 8 x 24 made in Puteaux by the Société de Recherches et de Perfectionnements industriels (SRP). Nicely marked:
Function perfectly with clear optics and a moveable handle. Used by soldiers in the trench to peak over the top without losing their head. Also included is a period correct wood and brass folding tripod, unlikely this tripod was military issue, but it is a fantastic way to display the periscope.
