Original Item: Only One Available: Here we have a very nice example of a Finnish Model 1928 Bayonet & Scabbard, which were used with the Finnish M/27 Mosin-Nagant rifle. This was the primary service rifle of Finland during the WWII period, and was the main rifle used during both the first “Winter War” and the later “Continuation War”. This bayonet is identical to the M1927 bayonets, the only real difference being a “parade” like appearance; bright polish/finish and appealing grip scales which in this case is a lovely light colored Wood.
Like most that we have seen, it was made by FISKARS in Finland. Fiskars Group (also known as Fiskars Oyj Abp or Fiskars Corporation, and until 1998 as Fiskars Oy Ab) is a Finnish group company.
