Original Item: Only One Available. This is a full scale metal replica non-firing prop IMA UZI with folding stock, which was made by Marushin in Japan. There were several variants made by the company over the years, but as far as we know they were the only company in Japan producing them. This example has the replicated IMI markings on the rear left receiver:
M.P. UZI
Kal 9mm
820119
(IMI)
Examination of the barrel shows that it is plugged, but there is a “firing pin” in the rear of it, which would usually be used with cap-like “plugs” inserted into the front of dummy cartridges. These then feed into the gun and get ejected like real cartridges, though they sometimes weigh quite a bit more.
The plug fire gun is in very good display condition and appears to function as intended, however, we cannot guarantee that it does function and is only being sold as a prop display piece. We can see a crack on the left side of the trigger group near the rear pin, and there is also electrical tap wrapped around the grip, possibly due to damage. The folding stock is present but does not lock securely in the closed position. This example definitely looks to have seen a good amount of use. Ready to display!
