It has been fully cleaned and restored to a very nice condition.This is a double saddle ring musket bore (.74, 12-bore) carbine with British proofed 26″ barrel fitted with swivel ramrod. All brass mounts and the correct Type 2 new series side lock bearing the Rampant Lion EIC marking on the plate. Features a rib bar or saddle bar with two rings indicting cavalry use as these were issued to the 10th Bangal Light Cavalry.
