German WWII Walther PPK Non-Firing Replica Gun by MGC of Japan With Original Packaging and Cartridges Original Items

Vintage Replica Item: Only One Available. This is a fantastic high quality German WWII Walther PPK “Plug Fire” replica gun, made by the well-known Model Gun Corporation of Japan. This is, by far, one of the absolute best examples of one of these collectible MGC Pistols we have ever had the pleasure of offering! Comes with original box, packing materials and nine original cartridges, which are near impossible to find on their own!

The Walther PP (German: Polizeipistole, or police pistol) series pistols are blowback-operated semi-automatic pistols, developed by the German arms manufacturer Carl Walther GmbH Sportwaffen.

It features an exposed hammer, a traditional double-action trigger mechanism, a single-column magazine, and a fixed barrel that also acts as the guide rod for the recoil spring. The series includes the Walther PP, PPK, PPK/S, and PPK/E models. The Walther TPH pocket pistol is a smaller caliber pistol introduced in 1971 identical in handling and operation to the PPK.

Various PP series are manufactured in Germany, France and the United States. In the past, the PPK version has been manufactured by Walther in its own factory in Germany, as well as under licenses by Manurhin in Alsace, France; Interarms in Alexandria, Virginia, US; and by Smith & Wesson in Houlton, Maine, US. Since 2018, PPK and PPK/S models have been built in Fort Smith, Arkansas, at the factory of US-based subsidiary Walther Arms, Inc.

The pistol operates the same as a real Walther PPK pistol when used with the cap/plug fire cartridges. We have not tested the pistol, so we cannot guarantee functionality. Everything appears to work fine, but could use a good oiling.

The replica comes with a good condition original 1960s box, one magazine, and nine plug/cap cartridge “rounds” which are nearly impossible to find! These work with replica “cartridges”, which have small caps “plugged” into the front of them, which are then detonated by the replica bolt. These were ejected like real spent cartridges, and could be reloaded with additional caps.
