New Made Item: Each Vickers water jacket has two threaded openings for water and opening for steam. The steam opening is normally closed with a cork plug to keep dirt out of the system, while the two water openings (fill and drain ports) are sealed with threaded brass plugs. Brass is used for these plugs so that the female threads of the jacket cannot be damaged by cross threading. However, the plugs themselves are often damaged or ruined.
These plugs are made in the WW2 configuration, although they are interchangeable with the WW1 plugs. They are not supplied with the link and loop as it is intended that the original link and loop be used.
