Original Item: Only One Available. This is an excellent unissued condition WWII German National Banner, which measures a very displayable 42 inches wide by 76 inches long, or 3.5 ft by 6.33 ft. These were used inside buildings, or possibly on podiums during speeches. It is of all cotton construction, and is double sided with a single piece cotton white circles with dyed black Swasses (Hook Crosses) sewn onto both sides.
Condition is very good, however it is cut off at both ends, straight across the fabric. We would assume that it was cut off by a USGI during the war or soon after. It shows moderate wear from service, with some overall light staining, as well as some holes and small tears. No maker markings are visible, which if present would have been on the header of the banner, which was cut off.
This would be perfect for a WWII German wall display!

When Adolf AH joined the DAP in the autumn of 1919 he was to reform what was basically a debating society into an active political party. Appointed as the first chairman of the party on July 29TH 1921 AH was to restructure it along para-military lines in a hierarchy of four levels of government.
