Original Items: One of a Kind Set. These are amazing and still in a lovely condition, measuring just 7 inches in overall length. They are quite diminutive, easily fitting and one could easily hide one in their hand, making these perfect for pocket concealment. Both are completely unsigned, with nicely engraved polished steel mounts, and fluted steel barrels measuring 3 inches in length. Both locks are fitted with early style pans, not having a frizzen reinforcement bridle. The burl wood stocks show a very pleasing effect, the pistols come with small all steel ramrods to each.
Condition of both is very good, with a very pleasing patina. The locks are functional, though both will fire at both half and full cock due to tumbler wear. There is also a tiny crack on the top of the muzzle on one of the pistols.
An attractive Pair of small Flintlock Pistols with plenty of research potential. These have just recently come to market from a deceased collector’s estate.
