New Made: A first rate reproduction of this beautiful Imperial German WWI Prussian Cuirassier White Parade Spiked Helmet. Originals dated from the Franco-Prussian War of 1870 and were in use until the close of WWI. White version was for ceremonial and parade use, with only a handful of examples ever recorded.
Steel helmet bowl with lobster tail style neck plates, complete with brass Prussian spread eagle helmet plate, brass spike assembly and impressive brass chin scales on improved chin scale mounts.
Approximate size 7 1/2 (60 cm) with full leather, somewhat adjustable, liner.
